[openupload-devel] Unable to access after installation

Hello all, i have followed all the install instruction but as soons as all the steps has been passed without any error when I try to access to the main page this is the error that I have


ERROR: database could not be opened

Did you set up a database user in your config.inc.php?  Did you grant
that user privileges on the database?
