I think this is a problem with the hostname you are using.. check what is the hostname in the download link and the download button and configuration. I never tried with android, but IE defenately works. Are you sure that the problem is the unregistered user not having the "g" right? The "g" right is used for serving files and should be set as the "d" right. (It was an initial separation which I have removed now with SVN version) > > 2.
