I think this is a problem with the hostname you are using.. check what 
is the hostname in the download link and the download button and 
configuration.
I mean: click with IE on the link, then click on the download and see 
if the hostname changes at the top.

Another one could be caused by the cookies, but would not know how to 
debug.
I never tried with android, but IE defenately works.

Are you sure that the problem is the unregistered user not having the 
"g" right?

The "g" right is used for serving files and should be set as the "d" 
right. (It was an initial separation which I have removed now with SVN 
version)

You mean you do not have the subject in the e-mail? That's odd.

ok, this seems to be a gateway problem not intercepting the correct 
position to where it puts the note.
I'd need to see what the generated e-mail is, to know what it goes 
wrong there.

Have you personalised the template?
