[openupload-devel] Successful installation with MySQL

I used the Open Upload interface to install the application and a mysql 
database - only to receive this error message:

query failed: SELECT * FROM `langs` WHERE `active`="1" ORDER BY id

I read a suggestion that you set the db to "restricted mode" - which 
I've done, and the problem persists.

I admit to being a complete newb here - and would appreciate your 
patient assistance.
