Hi,
probably something is missing from your database installation.

If you imported the database manually (you probably did not select the 
correct configuration in the installation drop down)

Imho you are missing some kind of import in the database. Have you done 
the 1 2 and 3 steps?

The user in the manual import is admin with password admin.

Let me know if this works.
