I can wait -- I was planning to roll out the invitation feature after
people were used to the service.  I don't even have approval to deploy
any of it yet, so...

I can probably help out in small ways, but would probably be most
useful when you've got the structure you want nailed down.  It would
take more time than I have available at work to learn the codebase
well enough to help with architectural things, I think.

I'm definitely happy to sink some time on development.  It will, of
course, be easier for me to justify if it's on features we need, but
that doesn't mean I can't do some more.
