Hi Matt, please subscribe to the list for further questioning, or open a Support Request. I think that the prototype is causing this behavier, you could try to remove the upload progress code in the template (javascript). Probably the problem is the maximum allowed file size or the file_upload is not allowed. It could also be some sort of system denial, like apparmor or selinux.
