actually there is no source for it, you can take a .po from one of the 
translations already done, they also contain the english wording.

or you can grab them from here:

http://www.openupload.org/openupload.po
http://www.openupload.org/template.po

I suggest u to use gettext tools (poedit, lokalize, or vi ) and then 
convert them to php with the locale/tools/po2php.php
