Hi Jason,
sorry for the late reply, but was on vacation.

Well, I suppose that the supported configuration is apache 2 with php 
5.2 or up, but I have not tested it no windows. (jochen, maybe you can 
help on this?)
I have no idea if anybody used or is using it on IIS.
