#4 Parry
Seems Parrying doesn't increase the armor value from a
shield. More accuratly, seems shields don't add any
armor value period.
Full Plate, no Shield=38 armor
Full Plate+Heatershield(23%) No Parry=38 armor
Full Plate+Heatershield(23%)+GM Parry=38 Armor
I remember wearing (all exceptional, GM crafted and
Marked) Shadow Plate and having 53armor without
heater, 63 with (61 with metal kite, which lasted alot
longer). These numbers are only meant to display that
shields did increase armor values from SA (1999?)
to...... ok OSI broke Parry in 2002, making it
impossible to gain past 25 skill. So since my
original toons were destroyed by this time I never got
to check changes after 2002. Last I knew 2005 OSI
still hadn't fix'ed Parry (still couldn't gain past
25.0 skill).
However I remember those numbers very clearly and
double checked them with old notes and friends
