#2 'openlayer 1a etc
'openlayer works for backpacks
However 'openlayer 1a (and 1c) do not seem to be
working. I have v0.98-3.7 installed with all the
latest files from the CVS. Yet I can't seem to open
the vendors up to set stock, restock times, stock
amounts ect.
I tried to use the dfn's to accomplish this, however
that proved even less fruitful. The dfn's worked for
changing some unrelated things (def values for
leather/studded, but not for metal armors), but it was
completely useless for setting stock amounts and
changing prices of items.
I did however manage to get insta vendor restocking
(ok maybe they insta restocked by default, didn't
check just kinda noticed it after trying to buy all
their items out of frustration).
Just kinda sucks to buy arrows 11 at a time :0)~

Remember that for UOX3 to recognize a hexadecimal number
you need to be putting a 0x infront of it (as we accept
Decimal or Hexadecimal).
