We have done it again. What? Well, we have released another bugfix release of the 0.7 series. This release changes how vehicle payments happen, so now you will get paid when the vehicle is unloaded instead of when it starts unloading. This fixes lots of 'exploits' that allowed people to get more payment than they should have gotten.
The first bugfix release of the 0.7 series. As usual it fixes lots of bugs and adds a few AI related features (primarily in the API).
Some changes made our handling of AIs more strict which means that some AIs might not function as expected anymore.
Today we have released the third bugfix release of the 0.6 series. As usual it contains many bugfixes, including fixes for a few desyncs.

This 0.5.0 release is the next major release from 0.4.8 with lots of new features and fixes. We have a new fast, robust and flexible pathfinder, a brandnew terrain generator, full UNICODE support and better multiplayer. NewGRF compatbility (modding) has been greatly enhanced with support for changing stations, adding sounds, more vehicle sets. We are glad to announce OpenTTD 0.4.8 which is the final maintenance release of the 0.4 branch. Most of the bugs are worked out for an even more stable single, and multiplayer experience.

A week after OpenTTD 0.4.6 you have witnessed the release of OpenTTD 0.4.7. You might remember the good old times of 0.4.0 and 0.4.0.1; well this is about the same.
However with the good part that nothing essential was crashing, only some pathfinder problems which were cause by a half-working hotfix for another serious problem. So therefore OpenTTD 0.4.7.
We hope not to go through this same procedure for the next release though :)
There is nothing to worry, 0.4.5 was not crawling with bugs, well at least not with very obvious ones, but we didn't feel like you should wait another long time to get the latest changes. For 0.4.6 we have backported changes from the main tree. In normal terms this means no new features, only a more stable gameplay. It is encouraged to upgrade from 0.4.5, as some issues might also affect you.
Meanwhile work is going on for quite some new features, so stay tuned :).
We are happy to announce the next stable release of OpenTTD after 8 months of hard work. It has been too long and a lot of many things have changed to make the game even better. Enjoy!
It has been a while, but finally OpenTTD 0.4.0 is out. Things took a bit longer than expected, and everyone was busy, but it is done.
Expect yet another major update. This time bigger maps, 'unlimited' amount of towns, industries, stations, etc., heavily improved and protected network-gameplay, a new, smart, pathfinder, multiple busstops, etc. Too much to say all at once.

OpenTTD 0.3.6 has been released shortly a month after the last release. There are several improvements as well as a lot of bugfixes. We hope you enjoy it because we certainly do!
