#34 Copying files

When copying files from my BFS partition to a FAT32
partition, I noticed that if files have the same name
and the skip option is used to skip past copying them
(when copying multiple files at once), then the
progress bar does not increase to account for the file
(s) skipped. In other words, the process completes
without a full progress bar. Not lifethreatening, but
something I noticed.
