[Opentnl-general] Compilation error on VC6

I'm getting many compilation errors in tnlmethoddispatch.h with Visual
C++ 6 SP5:
tnlmethoddispatch.h(208) : error C2989: 'FunctorDecl<void (__thiscall
::*)(void)>' : template class has already been defined as a non-template
class

Each line of struct FunctorDecl generates this.

Anyone have a solution to this?
