openTimetool 2.3.4 released

New in Release 2.3.4
- Eliminated the auto_prepend line in htdocs/.htaccess. Now openTimetool is running as fastCGI as well
- It's now possible to delete all old exports directly on export popup page (file and db entry)
- Ready to run with PHP 5.6.x
