#13 selecting a project not possible in admin mode

1) Fresh installation of V2.2.9 on Ubuntu 10.10; fully working
2) log in with root user
3) enable admin mode
4) goto "Project" / "edit"
5) We see the 2 default projects "Leistungserfassung" and it's child "Projektname"
6) Now let's delete the project "Projektname"

--> ERROR: It is now not possible to add a new Project because no "parent" project is selectable. In the database the project "Leistungserfassung" still exists.

If we are now adding a new project without a "parent" then we are getting 2 trunk projects. Which scruws up the system.
