#1 Libiconv.so2 lib file

Ok, this has come up alot in people installing this.
This must be a default file in Slackware so i had not
clue about this.... But to solve this problem i have
the link to the site to get it:
http://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/libiconv/libiconv-1.9.1.tar.gz

*NOTE*

For Project Epsilon *0.3a* I will include a script in
configure to check for this. Im sorry for the confusion.
