This is a common question.There is one place to enter charity contributions.It is line A11.The program figures out where to place the number,based on whether you are taking Std.Deduction or not.You do not not to over think it.

Perhaps I missed this, but it appears that there is no input for 12b of the 1040.
"Charitable contributions if you take the standard deduction (see instructions)"
Other than that, your program matched the 2021 taxes that I drafted by hand. Very nice!
