The output for the NY IT-201 compute tax function shows a warning message for the line 17 amount not being equal to the US 1040 line 7 amount. This looks like a mismatch, since IT-201 line 17 does not have adjustment applied to it while 1040 line 7 does, and IT-201 line 19 is already being checked against that same 1040 line. I'm including a patch that instead compares IT-201 line 17 with 1040 line 6, which are equal in my case.
Good catch. You fix for the NY form is included in 16.03 version.
