The value for L9b (qualified dividends) is correctly computed in the text output, but not carried over to the PDF form when autofilling. The rest of the results are still correct (L9b is, somewhat comically, not actually used on the 1040), but it should be there as other forms refer to it.

By the way, thank you for your work on open source tax software. It is perhaps somewhat thankless but important work. It saved me more money than any commercial tax software ever has.

I wish I had read this problem report before I filed my taxes. I sent in a 1040 with dividends but blank line 9b. The IRS sent me a letter saying I had under calculated my line 44 by a whole lot. It took me a few hours and some cursing to figure out they had done the 'Qualified Dividends Capital Gains Worksheet' with dividends but no qualified dividends. Then I looked back at my 1040 and line 9b was blank! I logged in here to report the problem and found it had already been reported and fixed. I should have gone over my 1040 more closely before sending it in. I have sent in an amended return and all will be well, but a letter from the IRS can shake one up.

Thanks for your feedback.Next year should be smoother for the auto-fillout, as this year was the first year for that feature.
