Commit [r76]  Maximize  Restore  History

SVN source-code repository check-in for Fed-1040, added ability to specify Dependents information for PDF outputs, but does not affect any calculations. And on North Carolina state form, fixed comments on lines 7+9, it now fills in the Use-Tax check-box when appropriate, and fixed Refund line 34.
