Commit [r116]  Maximize  Restore  History

SVN source-code repository check-in for fix to California calculation for Single-Status, improved prompts for 1099-R forms on Federal 1040 forms, and minor variable declaration and initialization changes in newly submitted code to prevent compiler warnings on legacy systems.
