When I downloaded 1.4 earlier this week, ant wasn't found when I tried running
it.  The download doesn't work for me, it didn't complete normally, and when
I tried running opentaps there are problems and the cpu is pegged at near maximum.
Haven't taken time to diagnose all that, yet.

Are there any new dependencies with 1.4-Preview that I might not know about? 

(I just installed the newest 1.0.4 last week with no problems at all. )
