When trying to DELETE work event

The Following Errors Occurred:
ERROR: Could not complete the Delete Work Effort [file:/opt/opentaps/applications/workeffort/script/org/ofbiz/workeffort/workeffort/WorkEffortSimpleServices.xml#deleteWorkEffort] process [problem removing the lookedUpValue value: Exception while deleting the following entity: [GenericEntity:WorkEffort][workEffortId,DemoMeeting1(java.lang.String)] (SQL Exception: (ERROR: update or delete on table "work_effort" violates foreign key constraint "cstreq_wf_weff" on table "cust_request_work_effort"
