Hi,
I planned to support OMA DM to configure mobiles for SyncML (OMA DS).
The problem is that the specification only defines the structure but not
the semantics. If you want to use it then you must implement a lot of
vendor specific stuff.
The final answer is: Yes, there was a plan but the plan is gone (since
May 2009).
