[Opensync-users] documentation

Hello,
I think the INSTALL and README files in the svn plugin directories (at=20
least for the file, kdepim and vformat plugins) are out to date.
It says to use ./configure etc, as it seems to use the cmake way.

By the way, I can't manage to get the kitchensync files from the svn with=20
the indications of the opensync related page. And can't find it homepage=20
anymore.
