Would you mind to give wbxml2 0.9.0 with the libsyncml included patch a 
try .... to see if it is an issue of wbxml2 0.9.2 and not of libsyncml...

(iirc i tested libsyncml with a nokia 6280 successfully with wbxml2 0.9.0 + 
patch without any change on libsyncml.)
