[Opensync-users] How to start compiling file-sync plugin

Having checked out the file-sync plugin from subversion, there doesn't seem to 
be a way to start a compile. There's no configure or autogen script, or a 
makefile. Is there a file missing from the repository? Usefully, README is 
empty...
