do you installed also opensync?

i suggest to read some documentation http://www.opensync.org/wiki/doc
especially this one http://www.opensync.org/wiki/InstallGuide

libosengine should be in the opensync package.
maybe it is already installed? and you have only that the right link?

what return the following cmdline?
#sudo find / -name libosengine*=20
