When syncing syncml <-> kdepim, adding "--filter-objtype calendar" 
does not stop msynctool from syncing the calendar entries.

[I know the calendar objtype is supported in both syncml and kdepim, 
but since it doesn't work well anyway, I thought I'd rather filter 
it]
