i think it's maybe "--sync vcal Calendar" who are wrong.
Normaly to sync some things u must do 
"text/x-vcard"  Contacts
"text/x-vcalendar"  Calendar
"text/plain"  Notes
"text/x-vMessage"  SMS

try this with :
syncml-obex-client -b 00:12:00:00:00:00 11 --sync text/x-vcard Contacts
--identifier "PC Suite" --wbxml
