Do you use the released version 0.18 of OpenSync? I recommend to use the 
latest revision of SVN for libopensync and libsyncml.

Does this syncml-obex-client command line work for you:
syncml-obex-client -b 00:12:62:ad:92:f5 11 --slow-sync text/x-vcard 
Contact --identifier "PC Suite" --wbxml
