Hi everyone, the following improvements have been made: * Gnokii plugin: - The Gnokii plugin should now correctly return the date/time in events entered on the phone. This may help if you experienced problems in the past that the time was a few hours off when syncing with the Gnokii plugin. - A crash was fixed which sometimes occured when syncing with Sunbird (and possibly other plugins) - The default type for items stored on the phone is now "meeting" (rather than "reminder" or "todo"). This ensures that start and end times are correctly set on the phone. - The timeouts (duration before OpenSync cancels the sync) has been increased. This helps if you transfer big calendars over Gnokii * Sunbird plugin: - A problem was fixed where new items sometimes disappeared when using WebDAV - WebDAV error reporting was improved - Slow sync now should work correctly in all cases - A new attribute "deletedaysold" was introduced. This can be used to only sync items that are at most a given number of days old. This is helpful e.g. if you have a phone which can only store a limited number of events. Items older than a given number of days old will not show up on the phone, making room for items in the future (but the items will still be shown in the computer of course). With this, I can finally sync my Nokia 6230i with Mozilla Calendar. If you own a Nokia phone, you may want to try this plugin also for syncing with Evolution for example. Markus |
