[Opensync-users] IrMC plugin fails to sync when KNotes is not running

When trying to sync a group that has a irmc member, with KNotes NOT
running, the synchronization fails with a "Cannot connect via OBEX"
error message.
If KNotes is already running before trying to sync, it works.
What is the link between KNotes and IrMC???
