[Opensync-users] Weird error about syncml-http-server

I've opensync svn packages from last month.I use syncml-http-server.When i 
started the sync server says :

Synchronizing group "filesyncml"
I/O error : Attempt to load network entity 
http://www.syncml.org/docs/syncml_represent_v11_20020213.dtd

And the phone says :

System error

Phone is Nokia 6630.

What is the problem?
