[Opensync-users] debian packages of 0.17 or 0.18

hi everybody,

are there already (unofficial or even only intended for own usage)
debian/ubuntu packages of one of the two most recent versions of
opensync/multisync. I would really like to test the software but the
build process also really threatening me.
