[Opensync-users] editing the glade files

I'm a newbie at this but when I start
	glade file-sync.glade
it says
	1 errors opening project file:

	Line 1 - Invalid XML entity =20

What am I doing wrong ? The version of Glade I'm using appears to be
0.6.4 (came with Mandrake).
