 WAP Binary XML (WBXML) Protocol Specification'' version 8.0 from
 11/03/2010. Paragraph ''2.2.2.2.22 Code Page 21: !ComposeMail'' defines
 tag '''MIME''' with token '''10'''.

 I will check the last release v10.1 for relevant changes.
