 While packaging version 0.11.0, I found tools/xml2wbxml_tool.c refers to
 FSF postal address:

 The problem is the FSF has moved as you can see on
 <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.txt>:

 }}}

 Please update the license wording to deliver correct information to your
 users.

 Also consider adding GNU GPLv2 license text into source tar ball as it
 contains text of LGPLv2.1 only and tools/xml2wbxml_tool.c is covered by
 GPLv2+ license.
