I did the  version change ... to match the one on the phone syncml-ds-tool
started but broke in the middle.
May be I have to apply your next suggestion

Where - the one that explains how to configure the svn plugin?

Are you using USB or Bluetooth? and
Why there is only "Bluetooth/Internet" in the Sync configure menu.

Are there docs on it?
