I think in the case of akonadi we don't have other choice, because it is
open end app and you can not know in advance what kind of application it
will have configured in.

I have completed (this time for real) the discovery of few basic types
(based on their mime as reported by akonadi). May be this can be improved
and extended in the feature. And I really want to move to the sync part.
