I wouldn't try that ...

If a new change (contact) with changetpye ADDED is recieved by the akondi-sync 
plugin in the commit phase ... where do you put this change? collection 7 or 
4?

Instead i would add two instances of akonadid-sync plugin in the same group 
and configure one with colloection=4 and colloeciton=7 and make one of the 
plugins read-only.
