Hi this was a very good explanation. I don't have to comment much here
except that I recognized the issue with the objtype.
I was thinking that I could use multiple urls, which I wanted to check in
the xsd in opensync, but you can answer, and the hint about the uid is also
very welcome. I may come to it later.
The format is required but I don't know what I can use for an outbox.
I also remember to have downloaded some nokia syncml docs, which I need to
check.
Any way it looks challenging and interesting but it looks like a bunch of
work to do.

The first goal is to get discover iter on the subtypes in calendar (event)
so that we may access the notes, todos and journal data. I think also the
calendar itself is a subtype.
