hi opensync-devel, i'd like to add SyncML support to a python-based web server, and looked around for a python syncml library, but could not find anything very promising. so have started toying with the idea of adding a SWIG wrapper to your libsyncml. being completely unfamiliar with the architecture, i am not sure if this is the right approach and wanted your guidance here... some questions: - is there a better way or a library that you are aware of that would be better suited? - since the request will be received by python, can libsyncml be used in such a way that it is not actually listening to the socket, but is instead invoked with an open data stream? any help appreciated and i hope that i can contribute useful code via SWIG so that as many languages as possible can easily use libsyncml! thanks in advance, griffin |
