No - 0.39 is not working smooth enough ... there is this IPC issue we hit with plugins like SyncML and others - which needs to be fixed. The capsformat changes are not compleltey incoperatd. Currently you only really can sync "contact" ... not any other PIM format ... Currently only the demerger is active, but not the merger! I don't want to debug 0.39 from regular users, which using 0.39 because it got shipped by their distro.
