Just for the record:

I am *still* devoted to OpenSync.
But since I have still not been able to produce a working blueZync for 
years, I certainly am very frustrated.
That is why I am at the same time looking for alternatives to OpenSync 
(maybe a bit unfair to discuss this on OpenSync mailing list and IRC, 
sorry for that).
But I have not yet found a better alternative that I believe would be a 
faster/easier/smarter way to a working blueZync...
