meanwhile I tried the --slow-sync option

syncml-obex-client -s /dev/ircomm0 --identifier "Sony Ericss" --slow-sync --type "text/x-vcard"
connection with device succeeded

it said connected and with irdadump I see packets transfered and on the phone sync going on, but it is running now for may be an hour or so:

I think it is doing actually nothing, how can I check this? At the other hand I have about 300 contats saved in the phone - how long would it take to sync them using slow sync?
