This means that the library has no dependencies on OpenSync. Actually the API sometimes changes because we still try to cleanup it. The only user is OpenSync's SyncML plugin. So if you use it in another project then we would really be interested to know which functions do you use. Today we are a little bit afraid that if we remove all functions which OpenSync's plugin doesn't use then a little bit too much stuff is removed.
