[Opensync-users] Moto Q?

Hello all! New to the list. I have a moto Q with windoze mobile 5. I also use 
opensuse 10.3. Can opensync.kitchensync be used to sync email/contacts etc 
with the Q? I use kontact 1.2.4 or kdepim3 3.5.7 as email client.
