Hello,
thanks for your great work! I am really happy to have found an open
source SVC decoder.
I use the JSVM 9.19.7 software for encoding. While doing example 3.3 on
page 59 of the JSVM software
manual and playing back the encoded byte-stream with the openSVC decoder
(mplayer), I got the following
behaviour:
The sequenze was played with 15fps which is not the highest temporal
resolution.
The example uses a qcif sequenze with 15fps for layer 0 and a cif
sequenze with 30 fps for layer 1.
The result is a byte-stream with 2 dependency layers (0, 1) and 5
(1,875-30fps) temporal layers.
The highest spatial resoluton is played but only @ 15fps.
Is this the normal behaviour? Or can I make it to play @ 30 fps?
Thanks,
Mathias
