[Opensvcdecoder-support] AVC with truncate frames

Dear Collages,

I want to generate a trace file of  AVC stream using JVSM extract tool. 
However, I can not do that because SEI message is not supported by AVC . 
When i switch to  one layer SVC with AVC compatibility the Frame 
Truncate table feature is removed because it is not supported on SVC 
mode. Also, Does Open SVC decoder support AVC stream ( with Truncate 
frames ).
